2. After the initial chat, it’ll take us 2 days to get your assessment completed. We’ll use properties we manage near your home, as well as other comparable properties on Airbnb to determine your nightly rate, and avg occupancy rate

3. If you’re excited about the numbers, and want to work with us, we’ll help you get your property ready for short-term guests, photograph the property and list it. If the property is already furnished we can get the 1st guest in your home within 1 week.
