FAQ

  • Host Guru charges 20% of the total booking revenue per month. So if your property generates 10k on a given month, our fees would be 2k that month.

  • Our fees cover all of the cleanings, listing marketing, guest messaging, guest check ins, review management, property maintenance and guest satisfaction.

    It’s completely hands off for you.

  • Our maintenance team inspects the home thoroughly after every stay. If anything is damaged in the home, we photograph it, repair the damage within 24 hours, and file a claim with Airbnb so you can be 100% reimbursed for the damage. Our success rate with Airbnb claims is 98%. We almost always get the damage covered by Airbnb’s insurance plan.

  • We are happy to manage your lawn care and snow removal if you would like us to. We will charge separately for these services.

  • We don’t cover the cost of furnishing the home. We are happy to guide you through the furnishing process though to make your Airbnb listing competitive and well decorated in a cost effective way.

  • Absolutely! We just need a heads up so we can block the Airbnb calendar if you want to use the home for whatever reason.

  • At the end of every month, we’ll send you a break down of all of your reservations, total income and fees and wire your payment at the end of the month.

  • We’re experts at short-term license acquisitions. We’ll help you with the entire process.

  • The landlord would manage the property bills.
